Tell the butcher what you are cooking. Curry, biryani, grill or nihari all need a different cut, and we cut to suit.

We take Eid meat pre-orders for collection. Ask at the butcher counter in your shop. Tell us the meat, the cut and how much, and we have it cut and ready for you to collect in store.

- Yes. Tell the butcher the cut and the size you want, for example curry cut, biryani cut or boneless, and it is cut while you wait.
- Can I pre-order meat for Eid?
- Yes. We take Eid meat pre-orders for collection in store. Ask at the butcher counter in your shop.
- Can I order meat online or get it delivered?
- No. There are no online orders and no delivery. Come to the counter and we cut it for you there.
- Which shop has a butcher counter?
- Ask your shop before you travel. Call 01 558 6267 and we will tell you where to go for the cut you need.
- Do you have bone marrow for nihari?
- Yes. Ask the butcher for marrow bones. They are cut to the size you want.
