World of Spices is a halal world-food grocer with three shops in Drogheda and Dublin, and a fourth opening in November. Spices, rice, fresh fish, a halal butcher and the brands people grew up with, under one roof.

Opening day

One shop, then four.

The first World of Spices opened on West Street in Drogheda in 2017. A year later we opened on Talbot Street in Dublin city centre.

In 2026 we opened our third shop, on Main Street in Clongriffin. Our fourth opens in November 2026 inside Northside Shopping Centre in Dublin 17. More shops are planned.

Every shop is numbered in the order it opened. Drogheda is 01. The next shop will be 05.

We serve Bangladeshi, Indian, Pakistani, West African, Middle Eastern and Eastern European kitchens, and anyone who wants to cook like them. Every piece of meat we sell is halal and cut to order at the counter.
