- Only halal meat.We sell no other meat. There is nothing at the counter that is not halal.
- Cut to order.Chicken, goat, mutton, lamb and beef, cut while you wait, the way your recipe needs.
- Ask where it comes from.The butcher will tell you where your meat came from and how it was cut and handled. Just ask.

How to order at the counter.
Four things to say, and it is cut while you wait.
- Say the dishTell the butcher what you are cooking: curry, biryani, nihari, kebab or grill.
- Choose the meatChicken, goat, mutton, lamb or beef.
- Bone-in or bonelessAnd the size of the pieces: curry cut, small cut or bigger biryani pieces.
- Skin and fatSay skin on or skinless for chicken, and how much fat to trim. It is cut while you wait.
Eid meat, pre-order.
Ask at the butcher counter in your shop. Tell us the meat, the cut and how much, and we will have it cut and ready for you to collect. Order early, especially for Eid al-Adha.

- Who certifies your meat?
- Ask at the butcher counter and we will tell you where the meat came from and how it was handled.
- Do you sell any meat that is not halal?
- No. We only sell halal meat, so there is nothing else at the counter to mix it with.
- Is the meat cut in the shop?
- Yes. It is cut to order at the counter. Tell the butcher the dish and the size of the pieces, and it is cut while you wait.
- Can I pre-order meat for Eid?
- Yes. Ask at the butcher counter in your shop. We will have it cut and ready for you to collect.
- Can I order meat online or by phone for delivery?
- No. Everything is in store only. You can call 01 558 6267 to ask a question before you come in.
