On your next visit. It starts the day after you join, lasts 30 days, and works once in any of our shops.

Can I use it on the day I join?

No. It is a thank you for coming back, so it starts the next day.

How do I use it at the till?

Open the coupon link in your welcome email and show the cashier. Then press and hold Redeem while they watch. They take 10% off your shop.

Can I get the welcome coupon twice?

No. It is for first-time members only: one for each phone number and email address. If you try to join again, we email you your existing details instead.

I did not get the email. What now?

Check your spam folder first. If it is not there, ask at the till or call 01 558 6267 and we will help.

No. Your emails carry two private links: one for your coupon and one to manage your membership. Keep them to yourself.

A thank-you screen tells you it is on its way. Your 10% off arrives by email straight away.

From the next day, open the coupon at the till, show the cashier, and press and hold Redeem.
